Modelo de Papel 1521: Fortificaciones: TORRES 1 - Fortifications: TOWERS 1

Tomando como base las figuras de un muro simple y de una torre con tejado y aplicando distintas combinaciones de texturas de piedra y madera, hemos diseñado diversos juegos de torres y muros con los que podréis construir las maquetas de papel de muchas y muy variadas fortificaciones. 

Cada entrega se ha realizado utilizando una textura que reproduce uno o varios materiales diferentes. Y en cada una de ellas, se incluyen las piezas que os permitirán combinar los modelos que más os gusten o interesen para vuestra maqueta: 

• Muro, en piezas, con y sin puerta. 
• Cuatro torres diferentes con cada entrega, con ventana o sin ella, con o sin tejado, con puerta o sin ella, etc. 

Podéis hacer vuestras murallas o fortificaciones tan grandes como queráis, sólo tenéis que imprimir cuantas torres y muros necesitéis y montarlos. 

Por el momento son tres los modelos disponibles, como siempre, en las seis escalas habituales: El primer modelo (1521) está todo construido en madera oscura, el segundo (1522) en piedra y el tercero (1523) es una combinación de ambos materiales. 

Este primero (1521), todo construido en madera oscura, incluye los siguientes elementos:

• Cuatro piezas de muro, una de ellas con la puerta de piedra a cada lado.  
• Cuatro torres diferentes en madera, una de ellas con ventanas y otra con la parte de arriba abierta como torre vigía. Para ésta, dado que el interior puede verse desde fuera, aseguraos de imprimirla dos veces de tal modo que podáis pegar las paredes interiores (pegar cada impresión creando una doble cara interior), si no queréis que queden en blanco. También comprobad que colocáis en la mitad interior de la torre la planta o entrepaño que sirve de división por dentro.

A pesar de que están especialmente diseñados para formar parte de maquetas de wargames o de ambiente medieval, dado que los juegos se componen de torres y muros sueltos, las aplicaciones son innumerables, por separado o como parte de otras construcciones. Como solemos deciros, vosotros tenéis la última palabra. 

Based on the figures of a simple wall and a tower with roof and applying different combinations of stone and wood textures, we designed several sets of towers and walls with which you can build paper models of many and various fortifications.

Each delivery has been made using a texture that replicates one or more different materials. The pieces that will let you combine your favorite models or the one better fitting your scenography are included in each of the sets:   

• Wall in pieces, with or without door.  
• Four different towers (with or without window, with or without roof, or door, etc.)  

You can make your walls or fortifications as large as you like, you just have to print as many towers and walls you want and assemble those required.

So far, we have made 3 models, which are available in the 6 usual scales: The first model (1521) is all built in dark wood, the second (1522) is made of stone and the third one (1523) is a combination of both materials.

The first model (1521), all built in dark wood, includes: 

• Four wall pieces, one of them with a gate
• Four different towers in wood, one of the with windows and another one with an open watch level. For this one, as the interior can be seen from the outside, make sure to print it double if you wish to paste the interior walls. Also, place the floor dividing the tower in two storeys.

Although they are specially designed to fit wargames or medieval sceneries, since the fortification sets are made of single pieces of walls and towers, the applications are countless, separately or as part of other buildings. As we often say, you have the last word.
